Usage Instructions	Squeeze several drops of oil onto your palm and gently massage into both head and beard. Use once or twice per day dependant on hair type (more often for drier hair, less often for naturally oily hair).

Great product and also some useful tips from the ITreatSkin team on how to improve one's health and lifestyle. Although, the goat milk recommendation did not agree with me. Salaam dear just wanted to update you on the oil. well iv'e been using it by rubbing it in my scalp after iv'e washed it so it could stay on for longer. Usually after a shower there is hair everywhere but im in total shock; iv'e not seen much hair falling out. ive been telling my hubby to use it too hoping he wont get a bald patch!
