*Please note: Return postage is the customers' responsibility; we do not reimburse for the cost of returning your item.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product and would like to return it to us, please get in contact with our team at: to discuss returns, replacements or processing a refund. We must highlight that we only will issue a replacement or refund if the product is still unopened and returned in the condition it was sent. This is for health and safety and hygiene purposes. If we suspect that the returned item has been used, then unfortunately, we will not be able to issue you a refund because this will be in an unsellable condition.  If we receive your item in the same condition as we sent it, then you will receive a full refund, minus the postage as stated above.
